Peace of mind and high clinical standards
It may not always be obvious why different vets charge different fees. The fact is that veterinary practices vary tremendously in their levels of care, facilities and staffing. Higher quality however does carry a cost. At The Vet Clinic we are proud to provide high standards at a reasonable price. We therefore make no claim to be the cheapest practice in the area, but charge what is necessary to provide and maintain this high standard of care.
Fees
All fees, diet and drug charges are subject to VAT at the current rate. Fee levels are determined by the time spent on a case and according to the drugs, materials, consumables and diets used. Details of our fees are available on request and a detailed invoice is provided for every consultation, procedure or transaction. Estimates can also be provided on request. All treatments are payable at the time of your visit.
Pet Insurance
We strongly recommend the principle of veterinary insurance to protect against unexpected fees incurred following illness or accident, however it it still your responsibility to settle your account direct with us. We are happy to assist you in making a claim and aim to send off all completed insurance forms within 48 hours of receipt.

Complaints Procedure
We hope you do not find the need to complain about our service. However
Our complaints procedure is all complaints are to be put in writing either via letter or email addressed to Sarah Bennett. Complaints are handled by our senior team and responded to within 21 days.
